The story of RE/MAX Extra began in 1987, marking a pivotal moment for the RE/MAX banner as it made its debut in the Beloeil area. From the outset, the agency distinguished itself through ambition and professionalism, quickly becoming a pillar of the local real estate landscape.
The territory to serve is vast, beautiful, and full of potential. From Beloeil to McMasterville, including Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Otterburn Park, Contrecoeur, Verchères, and several of the most charming villages of the Vallée-du-Richelieu, RE/MAX Extra has built its reputation on in-depth knowledge of the area and a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
In 2012, a strategic shift occurred: the agency moved to modern offices located at 170, rue Serge-Pépin, in Beloeil. This relocation, at the heart of a growing residential neighborhood and right off Highway 20, perfectly reflects the agency’s commitment to better serving its clientele and supporting the continued expansion of its team.
