Sylvie Beaudoin began her real estate career as a secretary at RE/MAX Extra in 1989, just two years after the agency was founded. Over the years, she rose through the ranks, driven by a growing passion for real estate. She first became an administrative assistant, then a director, later a co-owner at the dawn of the 2000s, and finally the sole owner in September 2007.
In parallel, she obtained her real estate brokerage license, becoming an affiliated broker in 1997 and a certified broker in 2009. Committed to professional development, she completed an intensive training program at the Real Estate Institute of Canada, earning the FRI designation, recognized in the real estate community as a standard of excellence and achievement. She is also certified in mediation and arbitration by the Real Estate Board and regularly enhances her skills through OSE Coaching Immobilier.
Her guiding principles are professionalism and quality service for brokers, enabling them to deliver the same high standard to their clients. This ensures that all parties benefit from a well-managed and satisfying transaction.
